White Wedding card

I helped a friend to make a wedding card, she had an idea in her mind and this is what we came up with.  Not quite what was planned, but I think it came up ok.

Now I have to make a wedding card too.  Something different.

Mothers Day Card

Bit late posting this.  I hadn't made cards for quite few weeks, due to a new baby, but managed to whip this card up before heading up to my mums the day before mothers day.

As  you can see I used the framelits and pansy's using the butterfly punch.

Finally I have been making some cards.



I needed to make a baby card of each flavour, and cased these baby cards from somewhere, sorry can't remember where, but thank you. Made bubble background with soap & water and reinkers, my 3yr old wanted to help - told her to blow, and whoops she sucked, and result was a blue frothing 3yr old. Quite funny to see really.


I needed to make a wedding card, and have been wanting to try the ribbon flower, so when I saw the card very similar to this I thought that would it would be perfect for what I needed.

I hadn't looked at Mojo Monday for a long time and today I did, and after making the above card and then seeing the layout for this week, made this card with Soft Suede & Vanilla.

Finally Inking up so unused stamp sets

A friend of mine was telling me about a challenge she was doing, to use a stamp set that she hadn't inked before. So I thought I would join in....


I cased this from a similar layout/style from somewhere, (sorry I can't remember where).

Only a week late - Swap Sisters Sweet Sunday Sketch 4

I am only a week late in loading this up. This is the sketch and my take of it.

Oops - long time no blogging

So much for my good intentions of blogging regularly. It hasn't been happening as you can tell. Isn't funny how life gets so busy. I have been looking at lots of things and ideas and have joined a really neat group called Swap Sisters, who provide great challanges and ideas. (thanks everyone there). I will try and find some time to add a few things now and again.

Mojo Monday Sketch #76

I managed to do another mojo monday sketch card, but it has taken me a few days to get around to up loading it. I have used the Garden Whimsy stamp set, as I still had that one out. I have put Stampin' dimensionals under the body of the cut out butterfly to raise it up and on the wings i have done the swirls and dots with, crystal effects and then put Dazzling diamonds on to it. I have used pale plum card stock, mounted with Elegant Eggplant, I quite like these colours together, on some of it I have used the perfect plum ink to stamp the paisley background stamp. (this one is retiring :( I really like this one.)
